Mr. Tidball’s UCC filings have permanently keelhauled in Dishonor the legacy Law Merchant Admiralty Maritime fiat fiscal system. The link below shows the text for the historic UCC 1 & UCC 3 filings (conjoined) in March 2025. The forms were entered into the public record in Travis County, Austin Texas on March 5, 2025 (UCC 1) and again on March 10, 2025 (UCC 3) with the UCC 3 form perfected, recorded and restating the UCC 1 filing (March 5, 2025) with notarization, affidavits, certified mailings and published under legal notices in the Austin Chronicle newspaper for 30 days.
Note: UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) governs ALL commerce globally.
In addition, Mr. Tidball’s UCC filings establish lawful notice and claims over all securities and derivatives (commerce) tied to the unlawful and criminal use of a birth certificate of a living man or woman.
One’s birth (berth) certificate (also tied to our social security number) is used as a financial instrument or bond and is traded on global stock exchanges. Note: The DOGE team is also brilliantly exposing and holding accountable all individuals involved in this unlawful, criminal fiscal scheme.

Mortgages, all insurances, credit cards, debit cards, ATM transactions, local, state, federal taxes, car, boat, rv, home loans, all checks written, ATM transactions etc. all connected via the birth certificate number and social security number.

As of April 10, 2025, Mr. Tidball’s UCC 1 and UCC 3 filings were not rebutted by any party who received the filings and are now Fact in law globally. This biblical, historic event signifies for all time the lawful end of the global fiscal slavery system otherwise known as Law Merchant, Admiralty or Maritime Law.
