Alexander Quinn’s latest energy update totally resonated with me. I shared in a comment that I have been experiencing strong heart palpitations for several days. It has been quite scary at times. My guides have reassured me that they are Ascension symptoms and I am ‘as strong as an ox’ ..!

The current energy coming in is incredibly strong and sustained. While there was a slight retreat in intensity yesterday, the frequency picked up again about two hours ago and not subtly. This latest wave is hitting at approximately double the energetic intensity.
