Derek Johnson: Laws and Orders Invoked by President Trump, Part 1-2

My accounts exist because of a Foundation of Laws and Orders invoked by President Trump that outline a Military Government, Military Occupation, Continuity of Operations, and Continuity of Government, as those outline themselves via Legislation, from recent and years past.

I’m not a Laws and Orders guy simply because it’s Law and Order. 

I’m a Laws and Orders guy that reflects a Military Operation that’s lawful (supports the Constitution), but also outlines the Declaration of Independence, our Foundation, and Military Regulations, Customs, and our Oath.

I already have a long post from December 27, 2024, that explains via Military and Federal Laws, how the United States Armed Forces can most definitely operate in Civilian Matters. 

The United States Armed Forces and Military Law is separate from Federal Jurisprudence, ie: The Military Justice Act of 2016, though that was already known with Military (generally with high ranking Officers). 

There’s 4 ways Military pairs with Federal Laws. 

1. Executive Orders
2. National Emergencies
3. Proclamations
4. Treaties

All 4 require the President’s signature and declaration.

So, let’s look at some Proclamations.

One, there’s no such thing as “Midterm Rallies.”

There’s rules to the Federal Election Commission, but also and more importantly, National Security.

Both those can MORE THAN PROVE that President Trump is a Wartime President as prescribed by Legislation / Laws and Orders.

President Trump would have violated his own Executive Order 13848 with the Declaration of the National Emergency on Election Interference. 

Election Interference is more than simply at the ballot box. 

President Trump “campaigning” during a sitting President in 2021 and 2022 would have violated and undermined National Security with the interference of a sitting President, and the influence of Foreign Leaders, Legislation, etc., if “Biden” was actually president, but “he’s” not… by Laws and Orders. 

Which is once again, Federal Law, Executive Order 13848 with National Emergency, signed and declared by President Trump on September 12, 2018.

Since April 2024, President Trump has met with 10 Foreign Leaders, 11 different times, for the WHOLE world to see, read about, and know about. No denying.

Obama and Biden used the Logan Act on their 3-Star General, DIA Director, General Michael Flynn, and removed him for correspondence with a Russian Diplomat.

Logan Act = 18 United States Code Section 953.
Logan Act = ‘Private Correspondence with Foreign Leader.’
Logan Act = Title 18 = Federal & Criminal Procedures

“Biden” and Democrats could charge President Trump with a violation of Federal Law AND invoke the 25th Amendment on him. 

If President Trump was a Former President, they could have done this with the FIRST Foreign Leader in April… they didn’t need 10 counts of Federal Law violations.

If President Trump was a Former President, they would not need the 14th Amendment on January 6, 2025. 

By FEDERAL Law, they could remove him now.

Which is why Liberals look ignorant for calling President Trump a Felon via CIVIL trials. 

They could make him a Felon with multiple counts of Federal Law if this was all real and if he was a Former President. 

Even though the Civil Trials are Election Interference (all retaliation moves via deep state), though in the operation.

That’s also how IGNORANT Liberals look for yelling:

“Election Interference”
“Trump rigged this Election.”
“Stay in it “Kamala,” fight til the end.”

This is why a retired Veteran with no image to maintain who quotes nothing but current invoked Laws and Orders gets pissed.

Liberals, Democrats, Republicans and Conservatives are looking atrocious right now.

Republicans and Conservatives who talk about “Joe” in present form and even joking “FJB” and “Let’s Go Brandon”… also look atrocious.

Part Two:

You’re doing nothing short of an injustice to the United States Armed Forces, those of us Veterans and Active in all forms. 

There’s a select few Veterans who have NO IDEA what’s going on and some who’ve been atrocious to me in the early days. 

But when a Veteran is presented with Military Laws and Orders then it boils down to INTEGRITY.

The Oath says: I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God. (Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962).

According to what again?

Regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Notice that Title 10? 

UCMJ = Title 10. 

You’ve ALL witnessed the Military Government, Occupation, Continuity of Operations and Government whether you knew it or not. 

You’ve had a front row seat. 

Those Midterm Rallies were all PROCLAMATIONS. 

One would have to know extensive Laws and Orders invoked to be able to hear all the Proclamations in between the average verbiage. 

But once one knows the verbiage which point directly to all the Laws and Orders invoked… It’s clear and obvious.

Either way, NOBODY can say they didn’t hear it. 

The only thing in question would be can one comprehend what was heard.

Here’s an example of a Proclamation: 

Texas, February 29, 2024.

The whole world witnessed a Chain of Command / Rank Structure.

The ONLY person who can Federalize the National Guard and Reserve Components to Active-Duty is the President, that’s Title 10. 

March 27, 2020, with Executive Order 13912, invoked Title 10 Section 12302.

and

April 30, 2020, with Executive Order 13919, invoked Title 10 Section 12304.

Community Notes on X will tell you these “expired.” 

No, they do NOT ‘expire.’ That’s not how Executive Orders work.

Presidential executive orders, once issued, remain in force until they are canceled, revoked, adjudicated unlawful, or expire on their terms. 

Executive Orders with a National Emergency declared will automatically terminate after 2 years if they’re not continued. 

EO 13912 invoked the National Emergencies Act and says “and in furtherance” of Proclamation 9994, which means advancement of. 

The EO 13912 does not have a National Emergency declared with or inside it. 

Proclamation 9994 was separate for a reason… therefore it did not expire on its terms because its terms were to 

That separate Proclamation doesn’t terminate an Executive Order. 

The National Guard to operate out of their state jurisdiction MUST be under Title 10 Orders.

The ONLY Title 10 that’s been invoked are in those two Executive Orders. 

President Trump, the center and focal piece, with the Governor of Texas, Abbott, and Adjutant General of Texas with President Trump.

President Trump said two different times the term: Military Operation.

The Adjutant General puts the stamp of validity on the Wartime President title with the definition of an Adjutant General.

The Adjutant General is the Commanding Officer of all the forces in a state. They report to the State Chief Executive aka the Governor UNLESS the National Guard are Federalized under Title 10.

Now, what are the coincidences that the National Guard were Federalized under Title 10?

The State of Nebraska sent their National Guard to Texas the week before and the State of Arkansas sent their National Guard the week after this visual.

All the “rallies” about the Border = Proclamations.

Now, let’s look at another recent Proclamation.
