The ‘planes’ are close but not exactly right. The lights are close but not exactly right.
If they were spy drones, why have lights? If this was a secret military project, why do it so publicly while denying any connection? Why can’t anyone shoot them down?
Galactic Federation is here, and they want to be seen without fear, because they care.
