While we wait for the transition we take care. The number of diabetic cases have risen, we know why. All that processed food is catching up on us, and it’s not good news. Although there are steps that we can take to be more in control. What I have found is the wheat the mass market sells us is harming us. In case you haven’t researched, wheat has changed and over the years and not for the better. I am consuming Spelt Sourdough Bread and itis for the better. It can be found frozen at Whole Foods. This is a great food item for all insulin resistant diabetes like myself not liking the spikes throughout the day that regular wheat products give us.
