Our Military Intel Contact reported that internationally there were massive crisis including a Stock Market Crash, floods, fires, with 65 people dying in Iraq, mass arrests of prominent people and protests in Cuba that were moving the country toward becoming a democracy – all of which would soon lead to an activation of the Emergency Broadcast System.
