Presidential Immunity vs. Cop Immunity
For Trump to not have Presidential Immunity then it can lead down to any local cop to Not have Qualified Immunity or else will the lower level government employees still have their Qualified Immunity?
This is coming for sure to decide on a two level justice system.
Trump may be letting this go all the way for it to be opening up all the doors for Qualified Immunity cases that the government employees have been getting away with all these years and the ignorant people that want Trump to lose his Presidential Immunity will end up losing in the end.
Maybe we just have to wait for Trump’s Presidential Immunity case to come about to finalize and maybe him thrown in prison to wake all the people up and then all those government employees that committed crimes that had those cases tossed out only on the basis they claimed Qualified Immunity must now have the cases go forward and not just dismissed as before.
If law enforcement or any government employee claimed Qualified Immunity and the case was dismissed in the first place then there cannot be a claim of double jeopardy as they were never tried in the first place as it just came before a D.A. or judge and they made the ruling for the Qualified Immunity at the start.
However, there may be a Statute of Limitations on many cases, but it leads in a way to halt any future faulty actions done by corrupt cops, lawyers, judges and politicians.
It should not have to be where it needs to be multiple cases or a class action case come about or laws put in place in each state for Qualified Immunity to be removed as it should be if Presidential Immunity is denied then it applies for everyone and all court cases that set this in motion are to be rejected for the present Qualified Immunity.
